Now you sleep
In February 2022 Sheba Soul Ensemble collaborated with Professor Florence Ayisi in a Co-Power project. The result was a short poetry film Now You Sleep, honouring Batenga Kyenune. The film premiered at The Parrett Women's Poetry Fiesta.

We believe in equality in film and currently Black women film directors are getting a microscopic crumb of the pie.
So we have produced 17 FLY! festival events since March 2020. We have promoted films by BLACK* women directors from Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Venezuela, UK, Nigeria, Kenya and Zambia.
We were delighted to welcome leading Zambian film-maker Musola Cathrine Kaseketi to present her film moving and thought-provoking film SUWI. SUWI is currently available on youtube :
